Membership in the League of Women Voters, the most respected and effective grassroots organization in the country, is open to men and women. Voting members must be at least 16 years old, but we welcome those under 16 as associate members.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Through participation in League projects, you will:

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?
It's up to you! Many members choose to support the League only with their annual dues. Your membership alone gives us the political influence needed to build a voice for citizens and a force for change. We cover a broad spectrum of issues and concerns; you may choose to become involved in one or more of them by actively participating in a group study, or listening to a panel of experts at a meeting or just reading about them in one of our publications.
WHAT DO I GET?
You automatically become a member of LWV Texas and LWV of the United States. You will receive their publications along with all the VOTER newsletters from the Richardson League of Women Voters . You will have the knowledge that you are adding your voice to a powerful force of members from all 50 states, Washington DC, the Virgin Islands, and Hong Kong.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Register for a 12-month League membership as an individual, student, or household. Household memberships include discounted dues for a second member who resides at the same address, such as a spouse, partner, child, parent, or roommate. Student memberships are also discounted and currently are free.
If you are renewing a membership, please
log-in to see the renewal screen. You can only renew when ClubExpress has notified you that it is time to renew. Lifetime memberships are automatically renewed.

PAYMENT METHODS
LWV-Richardson uses Paypal and accepts credit cards. If you join/renew online and prefer to pay by check, please make the check out to “League of Women Voter of Richardson” and mail it to LWV Richardson, 300 N Coit Rd, Ste 125, Richardson, TX 75080. New members will not have access to the Members Logon until payment has cleared.
TIPS FOR CLUBEXPRESS
- Current Members - You will need to log in to renew your membership.
- When you join/renew, you will receive two emails from Club Express. (1) A signup or renewal confirmation email and (2) a payment confirmation email after the payment has processed. The signup confirmation email will include a temporary username and password. You can change both the username and password to something you will remember the first time you log on. If you sign-up as a household, your secondary member will get an email with his/her own username and password.
- All Members should log on every time they interact with the LWV-Dallas website. Only by logging in, can you see the Membership Directory and have your contact information pre-filled when registering for an event, signing up to volunteer, or making a donation.
