A Runoff Election is held when no candidate receives more than 50% of the vote. The two candidates who received the most votes in the May 6 election will be on the ballot in the following races:
- Collin College Board of Trustees, Places 2 and 3

* To be counted, Ballots by Mail must be postmarked by 7 p.m. on Election Day (June 10, 2023) AND received by the County Elections Office by 5 p.m. the next day (June 11, 2023). Other deadlines may apply for overseas and military ballots. Go to the
